Pressure Washing

Pressure Washing

Driveways, decks and walls washed back to the color they were, at a pressure the surface can actually take.

Most of the grime on a Florida house is not permanent — it is years of algae, mildew and road dust sitting on the surface. The skill is not in the pressure, it is in knowing how much of it a given surface can stand. Too much strips paint and etches concrete, and that damage does not wash off.

Driveways, walkways, pool decks, lanais and house exteriors pressure washed from North Port to Parrish, Lakewood Ranch included — where the humidity puts the algae back every year.

What's included

Pressure Washing work we take on.

  • 01

    Driveways & Walkways

Pavers, concrete and stone brought back to their actual color, with the joints and edges cleaned out rather than blasted apart.

  • 02

    Pool Decks & Lanais

The outdoor surfaces you actually stand on, cleaned down carefully with the pool, plants and screens protected.

  • 03

    House Exteriors

Siding, stucco and soffits washed at low pressure — enough to lift the algae, not enough to drive water where it should not go.

On site

How the work actually gets done.

No shortcuts hidden under the finish. This is the sequence every job follows.

  • Pressure matched to the surface — no etched concrete, no stripped paint
  • Soft washing where pressure would do damage
  • Plants, fixtures, lighting and pool water covered before anything starts
  • Worked in sections so nothing dries with dirt half lifted off it
  • Edges and corners done by hand rather than left as a visible line
  • Debris cleared and the area rinsed down when we finish

Questions

What people ask about pressure washing.

Straight answers, and no obligation. If yours is not here, ask — it is what the free estimate is for.

Will pressure washing damage my pavers, concrete or paint?
Not when the pressure is matched to the surface. Too much strips paint and etches concrete, and that damage does not wash off. We match the pressure to the material and soft wash where pressure would do harm.
What is soft washing?
Cleaning at low pressure and letting the right cleaning solution do the work instead of force. It is what we use on stucco, siding, soffits and painted surfaces — enough to lift the algae, not enough to strip the finish or drive water where it should not go.
How often should a driveway or pool deck be pressure washed in Florida?
Most people go by look: when algae, mildew and road dust have dulled the color, it is time. Shaded and pool-side surfaces need it sooner than ones in full sun. A proper clean is also the first step before pavers are sanded and sealed.
Do you protect plants, lights and the pool?
Yes. Plants, fixtures, lighting and pool water are covered before anything starts, and the surface is worked in sections so nothing dries with dirt half lifted off it.
Which areas do you pressure wash in?
North Port, Sarasota, Bradenton, Parrish and Ellenton, and the communities between them — Lakewood Ranch, Venice, Osprey, Siesta Key, Longboat Key and Anna Maria Island among them. Driveways, walkways, pool decks, lanais and house exteriors. Just outside the area? Ask, and we will tell you honestly whether we can take it on.
