Too much of this industry is built around volume — book the job, finish it fast, move on. The customer finds out what they actually paid for a week later, once the light hits it differently.

Matt V. Home Solutions was started to work the other way around. Fewer projects, more attention, and a homeowner who knows exactly what is happening in their house.

Check the work while it’s happening.

You are not expected to hand over your house, disappear, and hope it went well. Check the work as it goes. Walk the site. Say what you like and what you do not.

If something is not what you pictured, the moment to say so is while it is still in progress — not at the end, when changing it is a fight. Speaking up early is not being difficult. It is how a project ends up right.

Why Matt started this company.

Matt V. Home Solutions LLC is run by Matt Shiriagin, who stays reachable from the first estimate through to the last day on site.

Matt has spent three years working construction. In that time he saw the same pattern often enough that it stopped looking like an exception: projects driven by how quickly they could be closed out rather than how well they could be done. Customer relationships treated as an afterthought. Quality treated as whatever the customer would tolerate.
