Paver Sealing & Leveling in Lakewood Ranch

Settled driveways and patios brought back level, re-sanded and sealed against Florida weather.

Most of our paver work is in Lakewood Ranch. Driveways, screened pool decks and lanais across neighborhoods sit on the same sandy base, and between the summer rains and the sun, the joints wash out, the color fades and low spots start to show. We level what has settled, re-sand the joints and seal the surface so it has a shiny wet look that will stay for years.

Local, insured, and every estimate is free. Read more about our paver leveling, sanding & sealing.

Why it matters

Why sanding and sealing matters.

  • 01

    Curb appeal

Neighborhoods from Lakewood Ranch to Sarasota keep a high standard for how homes look from the street. A faded, weedy or uneven driveway stands out next to the neighbors', and sealed pavers keep the color even and the joints clean.

  • 02

    Summer rain and empty joints

Heavy summer rain washes sand out of the joints and keeps pool decks damp. Once the sand is gone, pavers start to shift and weeds, ants and green staining move in. Re-sanding and sealing locks the joints back in place.

  • 03

    Pool decks and lanais

Screened pool decks and covered lanais are standard across Southwest Florida, and several of the jobs below were done inside screen enclosures. The screen, the pool and the plants are protected while we work.

Questions

Questions from Lakewood Ranch homeowners.

Do you work in my part of Lakewood Ranch?
Yes. We work throughout Lakewood Ranch, on both the Manatee County and Sarasota County sides. Tell us your village or street when you ask for an estimate.
Do I need HOA approval to seal my pavers?
Re-sealing in the same color usually does not change how the home looks, but the rules differ between neighborhoods. If you are unsure, or you want a wet-look or color-enhancing finish, check with your HOA before the work is booked.
Can you seal a pool deck inside a screen enclosure?
Yes. Several of the pool decks in our gallery were inside screen enclosures. The screen, the pool and the plants are protected, and the sealer is given time to dry before the area is used again.
North Port, Sarasota, Bradenton & Parrish
