Paver Leveling, Sanding & Sealing
Settled driveways and patios brought back level, re-sanded and sealed against Florida weather.
Pavers sink. Sand washes out of the joints, the base settles underneath, and what was a flat patio turns into a trip hazard with weeds coming through. Lifting and re-setting them properly costs a fraction of replacing them, and done in the right order — level, sand, seal — it holds.
We level, sand and seal pavers from North Port to Parrish and Ellenton — Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch and Bradenton included — on driveways, pool decks, lanais and walkways, all sitting on the same sandy Florida base that makes them settle in the first place.

How the work actually gets done.
No shortcuts hidden under the finish. This is the sequence every job follows.
- Pavers lifted and set aside rather than patched over
- Base corrected and re-compacted so the fix lasts
- Pavers re-set flush, with consistent joint spacing
- Surface cleaned and left to dry properly before sand and sealer go down
- Sealer applied evenly — no puddles, no hazing
- Plants, walls and pool cages protected throughout

What people ask about pavers.
Straight answers, and no obligation. If yours is not here, ask — it is what the free estimate is for.
- How do I know if my pavers need leveling?
- Look for pavers sitting lower than their neighbors, joints that have opened up or lost their sand, puddles that stay after rain, and edges lifting or sinking at the driveway apron or the pool coping. If a wheelbarrow catches on it or somebody could trip on it, it is time. We will look at it and tell you honestly whether the base needs correcting or it just needs sand and sealer.
- What is the difference between paver sanding and sealing?
- Sanding refills the joints between the pavers with fresh sand, which is what holds them in place and keeps weeds and ants out. Sealing puts a protective coat over the surface that locks that sand in, holds the color and makes the whole thing easier to keep clean. They are done together, in that order — sand, then sealer — once the pavers are clean and completely dry.
- How often should pavers be resealed in Florida?
- It depends on the sealer, how much sun and traffic the surface gets, and whether it is next to a pool. The signs are easy to read: water stops beading on it, the color looks flat, and sand starts washing out of the joints again. If you are not sure, send us a photo and we will tell you whether it is worth doing yet.
- Can sunken pavers be fixed without replacing the whole driveway?
- Yes — that is most of the paver work we do. The affected pavers are lifted and set aside, the base underneath is corrected and re-compacted, and the same pavers go back flush with consistent joints. It costs a fraction of replacing the surface, and done in the right order it holds.
- Which areas do you cover for paver leveling and sealing?
- North Port, Sarasota, Bradenton, Parrish and Ellenton, and the communities between them — Lakewood Ranch, Venice, Nokomis, Osprey, Palmer Ranch, Siesta Key, University Park, Longboat Key, Anna Maria Island and Palmetto. Staying that local is deliberate, so we are close enough to be on site when it matters and close enough afterwards to stand behind the job. Just outside the area? Ask, and we will tell you honestly whether we can take it on.
