Why Matt started this company.
Matt V. Home Solutions LLC is run by Matt Shiriagin, who stays reachable from the first estimate through to the last day on site.

Matt has spent three years working construction. In that time he saw the same pattern often enough that it stopped looking like an exception: projects driven by how quickly they could be closed out rather than how well they could be done. Customer relationships treated as an afterthought. Quality treated as whatever the customer would tolerate.
He also picked up the skills to do it properly — the preparation, the finishing, the judgment about when something is actually done. So rather than keep working to somebody else’s standard, he started a company built around his own.
That standard is not complicated: do the work the way it should be done, tell the homeowner the truth, and stay reachable afterwards. Everything else on this site is a consequence of those three things.
Most people my age just sit on the couch all day and don’t care about what’s going on around them. Very few have a plan or a direction where they want to go further in life, even fewer take action and actually go out and do something. This is a stick with two ends. On one hand, I have almost 0 competition for my age, but on the other, these teenagers are the future of our country. This is how I ended up opening this business in an attempt to provide better quality work and provoke greater levels of trust into my generation.
Quick communication with the owner.
Ask a question about your project and it goes to the person responsible for it, not into a queue.
Straight to the owner
Calls and emails reach Matt Shiriagin directly. You get a straight answer from the person accountable for the work rather than a message passed down a chain.
Time-proven crews
Only time-proven crews, run by trustworthy managers who hold them to the same standard the company was built on.
Matt V. Home Solutions LLC works across North Port, Sarasota, Bradenton & Parrish, Southwest Florida.
Built differently.
None of this is complicated. It is just the set of habits that gets skipped when a company is measured on how many jobs it closes in a month.
- 01
Quality over quantity
We take on the work we can give proper attention to. A job gets the time it needs rather than the time left before the next one starts.
- 02
You stay involved
Look at the work while it is happening, not after it is finished. Questions get answered as they come up, not deferred to the walkthrough.
- 03
Honest communication
Straight answers about what a project involves, what it will take and what we find along the way — including when the news is not what anyone wanted.
- 04
No unnecessary prepayments
We do not ask homeowners to hand over large sums up front before work has started. Payment follows progress.
- 05
Attention to detail
The preparation, the edges, the parts that get covered up — the places where a rushed job gives itself away.
- 06
Work that leads somewhere
The goal is not one transaction. It is being the person you call for the next project, and the one you pass along to a neighbor.
Three things this company runs on.
Quality Checks
Customers can stay involved and check the quality of their project throughout the process.
Trust
Trust is earned through consistent communication and quality work.
Relationships
We believe great work should lead to long-term relationships and future projects.

We work from North Port up through Sarasota and Bradenton to Parrish and Ellenton — Lakewood Ranch, Venice and the keys included. Staying local is deliberate — it keeps us close enough to a project to be on site when it matters, and close enough afterwards to stand behind the work.
