Interior & Exterior Painting
Clean lines, even coverage and surfaces that were prepared properly before a brush ever touched them.
Most of what separates a paint job that lasts from one that peels happens before the first coat. That preparation is the part crews cut when they are racing to the next job, and it is the part we refuse to rush.
Interior and exterior painting for homes from North Port to Parrish, Lakewood Ranch included — walls, trim and doors inside, and the stucco, soffits, front doors and garage doors that the Gulf coast sun is hardest on outside.

Del Webb, Lakewood Ranch. The front door before, and finished in a deep coffee brown.
Both photos are from the same job, taken from the same spot. Nothing is retouched.

- 01
Interior Painting
Walls, ceilings, trim and doors. Furniture moved and covered, floors protected, edges cut in by hand, and the room put back the way we found it.
- 02
Exterior Painting
Siding, stucco, soffits, fascia and trim. Surfaces are professionally prepared to be painted, then coated to hold up to Florida sun and summer rain.
- 03
Front Doors & Entries
The first thing guests see. Hardware masked or removed, the door cleaned and lightly sanded, and the color laid on smooth around glass and panels.
- 04
Garage Doors
The biggest painted surface on the front of most homes. The driveway sheeted off underneath, the door cleaned and prepared, and the coats built up evenly for a finish that reads from the street.
- 05
Trim, Baseboards & Crown
Window and door casings, baseboards and crown molding, caulked where needed and cut in by hand for straight, clean lines.
- 06
Soffits & Fascia
The overhangs and roof edges that fade and peel first in the Florida sun, cleaned, prepared and recoated so the roofline looks sharp again.
- 07
And Almost Anything Else
Shutters, columns, railings, lanai ceilings and more. If it can take paint, ask, and we will tell you honestly whether it is a job for us.
How the work actually gets done.
No shortcuts hidden under the finish. This is the sequence every job follows.
- Preparation done first, and done properly
- Nothing coated until the surface underneath is ready for it
- Everything not being painted masked and covered
- Cut in by hand for clean lines at ceilings, trim and edges
- Coats built up properly instead of stretching one thin pass
- Site cleaned at the end of every working day

What people ask about painting.
Straight answers, and no obligation. If yours is not here, ask — it is what the free estimate is for.
- What preparation do you do before painting?
- Whatever the surface needs to hold paint: washing, scraping anything loose, filling and sanding, priming bare or patched areas, and masking everything that is not being painted. On a proper job that is most of the hours, and it is the part we do not rush — nothing gets coated until what is underneath is ready for it.
- Do you paint doors, trim and garage doors on their own?
- Yes. Front doors, trim, soffits and garage doors are some of the most common jobs we do, and they can be done without painting the whole house. On a garage door, the driveway is sheeted off, the door is cleaned and prepared, and the coats are built up evenly rather than stretched into one thin pass.
- How long does exterior paint last in Florida?
- Longer than most people expect when the surface was prepared properly, and much less when it was not. Sun, humidity and summer rain are hard on paint here, so we use exterior products made for it and build the coats up properly.
- Do I need to move my furniture for interior painting?
- No. We move and cover the furniture, protect the floors, cut the edges in by hand, and put the room back the way we found it.
- Which areas do you paint homes in?
- North Port, Sarasota, Bradenton, Parrish and Ellenton, and the communities between them — Lakewood Ranch, Venice, Osprey, Siesta Key, Longboat Key and Anna Maria Island among them. Interior and exterior, and the site is cleaned up at the end of every working day. Just outside the area? Ask, and we will tell you honestly whether we can take it on.
